This page uses the LocalBusiness schema type. The Review Filters addon is used for the search, sort, and filter functionality, and the Review Images addon is used for the review images.
Here you can view all of the submitted review images in a single gallery, this works in a similar way to the image galleries on Amazon. This feature is included with the Review Images add-on.

You can prevent these type of reviews by using the blacklist feature in Site Reviews to block specific keywords. In this case, I will leave the review for others to see.

If you want reviews to appear on the page immediately after they are submitted, you need to add an ID to the Latest Reviews block and then use that ID value as the Reviews ID value in the Review Form block.
